As plans sometimes change and you may need to amend or cancel your reservation, we understand this and tried to be as fair as we can applying the
fees.

When booking at Buen Camino Bike Park, the first night is applied at booking, afterwards if you need to cancel your reservation we will refund your
money if you cancel before the full and final payment is due.

For cancelations made between 29 – 14 days before arrival date (green and high seasons), and 44 – 29 days before arrival for Peak season a 50%
refund will apply

Cancellations made 14 days or less of arrival date will be charged in full

In accordance with our cancellation policies there will be no refunds for no shows or early departures.

Childs 5 and under are free of charge.A fee will apply for children 6 to 12.

13 and older will be charged as adults.

Pets are not permitted.

As a condition of being permitted to use the facilities of BUEN CAMINO BIKE PARK SRL, the purchaser/user of this ticket understands that mountain biking can be hazardous and accepts and assumes the inherent risk of mountain biking, including but not limited to: terrain, along with bare spots, bumps, moguls, stumps, forest growth, rocks and debris, 4-wheelers and other hazards or obstacles in existence through the area, including user´s own conduct and the conduct of other mountain bikers and hikers. Be aware that all trail conditions change constantly due to weather changes and mountain biker use. Always mountain bike in control and stay clear of all equipment. In using this ticket while mountain biking at the area, user recognizes that certain dangers may exist whether they are marked or unmarked. The user realizes that falls and collisions with other users and fixed objects occur, and injuries may result, and therefore assumes all the risk of injuries, and loss of or damage to property, and the burden of mountain biking under control at all times. Considering the rapid development and spread of the virus COVID-19 and the resulting pandemic, user realizes that naturally occurring disease processes (including, but not limited to, COVID-19) can exist throughout the resort property. user has the sole responsibility to safeguard him/herself and/or his/her child and assumes the inherent risk of exposure to the COVID-19 virus.

Management is not responsible for ticket if lost and reserves the right to revoke this ticket without refund. Id user commits any act on the premises that endangers the safety of themselves or other persons, then this ticket may be revoked without refund. This ticket is void if seal or wicket is broken and must be visible and attached to the pants, or for mountain biking to the bike itself.

I hereby agree to RELEASE BUEN CAMINO BIKE PARK SRL, its shareholders, directors, employees, agents and assigns from all liability for injury, death or other damage which results from my participation (or the participation of my minor child) in mountain biking, including all liability which results from any negligence on the part of BUEN CAMINO BIKE PARK SRL, or its agents or subcontractors and including claims related to COVID-19 illness.

I agree that the exclusive jurisdiction of any claims I may bring against BUEN CAMINO BIKE PARK SRL, related to this activity is under the costarrican laws.

All purchases are final and cannot be cancelled, refunded, changed, or transferred. We do not guarantee weather conditions or open terrain. Your credit card account will be charged for the total amount of your purchase, regardless of whether the purchased ticket (s) is/are used. Credit will not be given for any unused purchases and unused tickets cannot be used towards future purchases.
